Consistent with Scripture, Veritas is led by a team of Elders, rather than one man who reports to a "board." This team of Elders governs, cares for (shepherds), and oversees the spiritual health of the church. An Elder must be a Member of this church and lead a life that meets the qualifications in Scripture and embodies the calling, convictions, and commitments of Veritas Church. 

Currently the Elders of Veritas Church provide leadership to both the Cedar Rapids and Urbana campuses. As the Urbana Campus grows, we will work towards the raising up of local elders to provide oversight to that congregation.
