What was life like before you met Jesus?
Before I met Jesus I felt as though I was missing a part of something and I never knew what it was. When I started going to church and reading my bible I came to realize I have a new purpose now. I tried to make more friends or get a new hobby to fill in that feeling of something missing. I decided I wanted to go to church for the first time and I felt so happy when I started to learn about Christ.
How did you meet Jesus?
I met Jesus when I was younger. I started praying at a young age after watching my parents. I always felt a little guilty for praying but not worshipping God. I almost felt like I was asking but not giving. I got very close to my friend, Skylar within the last year and she lead me to Christ. I have always wanted to get closer to God but never knew how, and she helped me get closer to Jesus. I love John 15:18 “if you ever feel like the world is against you, remember it was against me first.”
After being saved by Jesus, what is your life like now?
After I was saved by Christ I immediately felt a sense of closure, finally knowing that I will always have Jesus on my side. Before I started learning about Christ I felt lonely, but Jesus filled that loneliness. “Whoever finds their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life for my sake will find it.” Matthew 10:39 is one of my favorite verses about eternal life.
