What was life like before you met Jesus?
Before God introduced Caleb to me I was very emotionally unstable, depressed, suicidal, etc. So I pretty much kept to myself with no real hope and was just so alone in life craving a family, a belonging, etc.
How did you meet Jesus?
I prayed one night to not feel alone anymore and the next day Caleb came into my life which then eventually lead to a group of friends who I am now close with. Then Salt Co kick-off happened and I was introduced to a community who wanted to be there to guide me. Then one night after a kick-off event I met Javan a guy who wanted to see me grow in Christ and at that moment I knew I was supposed to be here. So we prayed and I accepted Christ. John 3:16 deeply impacted me “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”
After being saved by Jesus, what is your life like now?
From that moment my community began to grow and I joined a C-group. This community then introduced me to Veritas Church. Everyone at Veritas reminds me of how God has found me, that he does love me and that I am not ever really alone. In fact, he introduced me to a girl who has now become someone who means a lot to me. Jesus loves us no matter what and God also loves us and wants to see us grow and achieve his dream for us. John 3:16 reminds me that there is eternal life through Jesus Christ!
