What was life like before you met Jesus?
Before meeting Christ, I struggled a lot with anxiety and uncertainty. Now that I have met Christ, I don’t struggle as much with those things. I have strength and confidence coming from my personal relationship with Christ.
How did you meet Jesus?
One of the circumstances God used in my life to get me to consider Christ was my job and a few of my coworkers who have accepted the gospel. They encouraged me to read the Bible and attend church. In reading the Bible I came across a verse that really speaks to me, it is Matthew 9:22. It goes, “take heart, daughter, your faith has made you well.” It is referring to a sick woman who is made well by her faith. This verse speaks to me because I feel that I have been made well by accepting Christ, a lot of my struggles ceased once I did that.
After being saved by Jesus, what is your life like now?
Christ is contributing to my life by giving me strength and confidence. I have someone to look to when I am struggling and when I am not struggling. Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” This verse shows me that I have eternal life through Jesus Christ.
