What was life like before you met Jesus?
Before I met Jesus, I was always trying to measure up and have control over my life. I strived to be the best student, athlete, and overall human I could be. Because of this, I was left feeling empty.
How did you meet Jesus?
The Gospel became beautiful to me when I read through Ephesians. Ephesians 2:8-9 says, "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast." I realized that I didn't need to measure up and control my life. Instead, I needed to give it all to Jesus.
After being saved by Jesus, what is your life like now?
Now that I've placed my faith in Jesus and given him control over my life, I've found fulfillment in Him. I also find peace in knowing that I have salvation, as described in Romans 6:23. It says, "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."
