Cafe Barista (Part-Time)

General Vision

Provide a welcoming and friendly environment to customers while serving and preparing food and beverages.

Essential Job Functions 

• Provide unmatched customer service and handle customer issues with care
  

• Assist with the production and service of food and beverage products as needed
  

• Strive to reach proficiency in making cafe drinks, breakfast, and lunch foods
  

• Ability to run the espresso machine to make drinks
  

• Help create a positive atmosphere for customers
  

• Support and enhance church-wide events as needed
  

• Help maintain a safe and clean experience for guests
  

• Handle cash drawer money with integrity and accuracy
  

• Assist in creating a space full of positivity and enjoyment of all things coffee
