My life has changed since going from a lukewarm Christian to 100% in and saved. One might say, I’ve recklessly abandoned all of this world for his glory. I have a Father that I know I can run to at any time, any state, without worry of condemnation.

After being saved by Jesus, I now know that the earthly things in my life will not ever satisfy the hole I felt, and instead, I realize that God has created me and that I am fearfully and wonderfully made in His image. This is the only acceptance I needed.

Life after being saved by Jesus has opened up a whole new world. I know I am enough. I do not struggle for purpose or security, as I have found these in the gospel. Simply, life has become more meaningful and important.

Although being a Christian in the world that we live in can sometimes be difficult, the Lord has been gracious and given me so many amazing people to help guide me in my walk with him. Moving to college has also been a huge blessing because I am surrounded by my church and SALT community, who encourage me daily to seek the Lord in all that I do.

Once I believed in the gospel, it changed my entire perspective. My identity was no longer in baseball but rather in Jesus Christ. Now, I’m seeking ways to honor and glorify him through baseball and life instead of myself.

I am now feeling on fire for God! It's wild! I feel the Holy Spirit working in and through me, I desire the things of the Lord, and my heart and life purpose are full.

Since following Jesus, my life has changed a lot. I desire to spend more time with Christian friends, and God has used these people to push me and help me grow closer to Him.

Last year, my mom prayed with me, and I asked for God’s forgiveness. I do not want to live in fear. I do not want to live without God. Now, I see my sin and ask for God’s mercy.

Now I know that I am a sinner, but I have Jesus who helps me when I fail. Now I know that I do not need to seek people’s approval, but only God’s.

Now, I feel the need to try to spread the gospel and share my faith with others so they may turn to him because he saved me. Everyone sins, but in the end, it’s how you approach that sin and how you repent and put it to death, and by doing so, you are saved and have a spot in heaven with God.
